The Nist 24 project required the installation of parking lot lighting throughout the parking lot of Building 24 as well as the installation of permanent pedestrian lighting along the sidewalk around Building 26. RMK also installed 60 permanent bollard type light fixtures along the Compton Road walkway. Both systems were tied back to a lighting control system that was provided and installed by RMK. The scope of work included installation of a new 277/480V transformer and panel. All electrical service was ran as underground service both between light fixtures and to the main service panel.
